I'll Be A-ok ( An 8-Limbed Flow for All)* - Kendra Brouwer

This vinyasa based class will hit all the major players: pranayama, meditation, asana, plus offer pause to explore some of our favorite foundational postures. If I have learned anything in the last 2 years of my life and my practice, simplicity is key to consistency and you will leave this session with some clues into YOUR OWN practice and some tips to take home with you. There's a high chance that some Yin favorites will show up here as well, because sphinx and swan are non-negotiables when I teach. Can't wait to see you on the mat!!

Magic in the Being and Becoming - Amy Reyes

The magic of human nature is that in any given moment, we are both being and becoming. We rest in the awareness that we are whole, perfect, and complete exactly as we are in this moment, while also harnessing our power to continuously transform into our highest selves.  Being and becoming are two sides of the same coin. We meet ourselves in the here and now with love and acceptance in the being. We challenge ourselves to release what no longer serves us and create space for new, authentic life to be born in the becoming. It is a beautiful dance which brings together the yin and the yang, the lunar and the solar, the infinite and the finite. This session will incorporate both physical and non-physical aspects of yoga. Mindful movement and subtle body magic will be woven together in a way that encourages participants to dive deep into the depths of their being, take the seat of consciousness, and unlock their true potential in both the being and the becoming.

Session 2, 9:30-10:45am, under the Tent

Yinteroception - Blissful Yin Combined with Somatic Movements* - Mandy Ryle

This sublime practice will utilize somatic movements to prepare the body/mind for long holds in familiar Yin poses. Somatic movements are simple, intuitive, repetitive motions or gestures that facilitate internal awareness. Somatic Education is highly effective in relieving chronic pain, improving bodily function, and recovering from common musculoskeletal conditions. Yin poses will offer sweet interludes to digest the somatosensory lessons learned. This type of movement can be a revelation for Yoga practitioners who are accustomed to a practice with more prescribed forms and postures. This practice is as valuable for your nervous systems as it is for your musculoskeletal system.

Session 1, 7-8:15am, in the Barn

Creating the New World* - Jess Ryan & Stephanie Hanson

Have you felt uncertain, exhausted, and confused over the past few years? For many of us, the stress of this era has fried our nervous systems, stripped us of identities, and destroyed our “normal.” As we come to terms with the release of the old, we have an opportunity to create something new.

Ready for your reality to feel different? For the world to feel different? We invite you into a multi-experiential  practice to create the world in which you want to live. Join Yoga mentors and mental health therapists, Jess Ryan, MS, LPC, NCC, 500RYT and Steph Hanson, MS, LPC, NCC, 200E-RYT for a Yoga asana practice that will include an all-levels slow flow, Yoga philosophy, guided meditations, energetic practices, and journaling to shift your energy so you embody the life and world you want to move into.

Illuminating the Chakras* - Cary Thrall

This session combines Kundalini with intentional creativity. Yoga is an artistic expression and an opportunity to connect with self and the infinite. Kundalini is the yoga of awareness. Yoga shifts perspective, forging pathways to themes beyond daily realms. Art synthesizes this.  As we work through each chakra, the 7 centers of energy within the body and the auric field around the body, we will integrate yogic and creative processes. Students will focus on their own physical, internal, nuanced experience to delve deeper. As we work through this session, participants will also develop imagery to define their thoughts and give voice to their inner knowledge. This session is for anyone who wishes to work at greater depths and continue personal growth. It is another set of tools for self-enlightenment.

Session 4, 2-3:15pm, in the Barn (limited class size, pre-registration will be required)

Opening & Closing Ceremonies* - Cheri Isaacson, Jillian Anawaty, & Scottie Bruch
