Megan Nelson


Megan Nelson is a 200 hour registered yoga teacher teaching and building the yoga community in Brookings through her studio, Prairie Soul. As a practitioner since high school, Megan has explored and enjoyed the benefits of many styles of yoga, ultimately leading her to become a teacher and continue her education through 500 hour studies. Her goal with yoga is to help people appreciate the body they have, take the opportunity to turn inward, and lead a more balanced life. She loves a good, hot, sweaty class just as much as a relaxing restorative - because time on your mat is always time well-spent!
